Mark L. Fine and SR Construction to Break Ground on $12.5 Million Office/Retail Center Who: Mark L. Fine and Associates along with SR Construction will break ground on The Gardens Plaza. What: The Gardens Plaza, a 7-acre, office/retail development consisting of eleven buildings including the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, will break ground. Where: The Gardens Plaza is located at 3555 South Town Center Drive, on the Northwest Corner of Town Center and the I-215 Beltway.
