SR Construction Announces Breaks Ground on Summerlin Medical Center Cath Lab
(LAS VEGAS) – Scott Loughridge, President of SR Construction announced today that the firm has broken ground on the remodel of the first floor patient service area of the Summerlin Medical Center Cath Lab, located at 657 Town Center Drive, in Las Vegas. The developer of the project is the Universal Health Services.
Construction costs for the 1,700 square foot lab are estimated at $497,000. The project is scheduled for completion in September. Amenities in the lab include a control room, recovery and attendant service room. SR Construction’s Scott Hatcher will serve as project manager for the project and Mark Shaffer will serve as project superintendent.

A member of the Design Build Institute of America, SR Construction has completed numerous projects throughout the valley including The Pueblo Shopping Center, ICU addition at Summerlin Hospital and Green Valley Christian School.
