SR Construction Breaks Ground on $2.5 Million Expansion and Remodeling Project  

( LAS VEGAS ) – SR Construction President Scott Loughridge announced today that the firm has broken ground on the $2.5 million expansion and remodel of Sunrise Market Place. The project will remodel 60,000 square-feet and add an additional 7,000 square-feet of retail space to the existing facility. The project, located at the 450 N. Nellis Blvd. , has an expected completion date of August 2005. Donahue Schriber is the developer of the Sunrise Market Place. Holland Walters serves as project manager and Tony Timmons is the project superintendent.
